Hello all this is my first post here. I am still active duty about to retire in a year. I have had back issues since 2005 on a deployment. I injured my back again on another deployment when I was tasked to go with the Army in 2008. In 2012 I had some denervation done before I deployed again. When I got back from my deployment I went to see the doctor and he suggested surgery. I was scheduled for a PLIF on my L5,L4 & S1 on my left side. When the doctor opened me up my right side was just as bad from an accident I had coming home from the 2012 deployment. He had to do a PLIF on both sides L5,L4 & S1. Rehab went ok, the pain shooting into my legs went away, but my back is still in a lot of pain every day. It has been 8 months since my surgery. My profile ends soon and I might have to be put on another one, so this might cause an MEB to come down. If I make it to retirement or whatever happens what kind of disability would I be looking at?
Thank you for the help.
