My claim has finally been complete and I am only considered 40% 10% Tinnitus 30% Other Depressive Disorder 10% Lumbar 0% IBS service Connected I claimed TBI, PTSD, Hearing Loss, Knees all were denied. I disagree with the 0% for IBS, I meet the requirements for 30%. 5 or more watery bowels per day and abdominal discomfort. I also disagree with the denial of TBI. The exam I went to, the doctor said that because I didn't lose consciousness and I that I wasn't exactly sure why it was on there ( I had a someone at the VFW help me and my wife) that I didn't have TBI. Deployed 2003-2005 and 2006-2007. My question is should I fill out a NOD or waive the right and go straight for the BVA?
