Today I visited my private doctor for treatment for pain in my left shoulder ,arm and hand. My doctors statement “joint and muscle pain due to over use†My question ? Is this statement helpful.

Entitlement to service connection for an acquired psychiatric disorder manifested by recurrent major depression and pain syndrome, secondary to service-connected disability. 6. Entitlement to service connection for erectile dysfunction, to include as secondary to service- connected disabilities. 7.Entitlement to service connection for stomach problems and acid reflux, claimed as secondary to medication for pain caused by service-connected disabilities. 8.Entitlement to service connection a chronic skin disorder claimed as secondary to medication for pain caused by service connected disabilities. 9.Entitlement to service connection for sinus condition claimed as secondary to medication for pain caused by service connected disabilities. 10.Entitlement to service connection for hearring loss and tinitis. I was scheduled for c&p for ortho but nothing else.what must i do to get them to schedule appointments for the rest.
