Call From Varo Good Or Bad

Good morning Vets. I have a quick question. I received a call Saturday about my increase claim, from a VA rep. O found it odd that they would call on the weekend. My claim went from Gathering Evidence to Pending Decision Approval on the 31 July. It's been in Gathering Evidence since February. So I'm wondering if a call is a good thing or bad thing? Thanks in advance. -
