Thanks everyone for the advise. I will be filing. But looks like  from the cat scans it has not metastasized. So should I still file for expedited claim?

In that case, probably just make a statement that because of his ongoing health issues from the contaminated water at Camp LeJeune etc, his health is not good. They don't have to react to it, but they are human and it may make a difference in moving it along.

Not sure I understand my resent benefit notice on ebenefits. I’m already 100% for the prostrate cancer. If I’m understanding this it’s saying 100% for the kidney cancer, and then saying entitled to special comp, based upon the CFRs. “On acct of metastatic prostrate cancer to lymph nodes rated 100% and additional service-connected disabilities of kidney removal scars, kidney cancer, independently ratable at 60% or more from 10/05/20.” I don’t know what they are saying. I also see that my next disability amount has increased from my present. I was thinking that they would have given a permanent rating on the kidney or did they and I’m missing it.
