  1. Yup had that on mine and just as soon as I went in for another c & p exam they stated my other knee had improved and reduced % to zero I never had a chance so nod has been there since September.
  2. I know the knee is a multiple function joint. I had an accident overseas and wore a cast for weeks. I had a torn minenicus nope not fixed. Fast forward am rated at 60% for knee, leg flexion and extention are out of limits. VA reduced arthritis degenerative to zero stating I could move my leg up to 60degrees non rated so I filed NOD and waiting. Long story short the knee can rated 60 same as leg amputation and if ankle or feet of same leg still only 60% that's the max I was told.
  3. Same here in Okla we are sending our stuff to Wisconsin. Scary but true
  4. Isubmitted my paperwork for two custom braces and a transdermal cream, received dual allowance
  5. Thanks Berta I went looking and found tdiu. Not sure with me retired and over 60 they would sign in my favor.
  6. US Vet I'll try to key you posted have requested medical notes from VAMC so I will know how to word my request for S/C on feet
  7. Berta, I am retired. I used to work part time but had to give it up as i stood on my feet all day. I will check the Cfr's for pronation and supination. I just ordered more inserts and my VAMC ankle doctors saw my shoes. Don't know what tdiu is but I can look it up. Thanks for the good info
  8. I was prescribed orthotics for both shoes by my S/C right ankle VA orthopedic doctor. I was wearing out the insides of my shoes. I currently wear knee braces on both S/C knees, where do I claim the inserts on, body part?
  9. Mine says the same thing. Date and percentage of my increase. Before that I had two lines that were below that it stated I would have a review by May 2015. It stated the review would be for a reduction in benefits. So my c&p exam for S/C left knee they reduced my benefits on my right knee. It was like a given to be done.
  10. Ebenefits, Access documents had a statement about reducing my benefits for degenerative arthritis May 2015. I wrote Iris and asked about this statement and they replied could change, stay the same, or go up.. Well had a C&P exam to service connect my left knee as secondary to service connected right knee July 2014. They S/C my left knee but sure enough they reduced my degenerative arthritis to zero from 10%. I had more movement with my brace went from severe to moderate on subluxation and showed improvement.
