THanks GASTONE, for replying the claims that are in all deal with upper respiratory issues.My main purpose for filing isnt the money's, it's to get the contentions listed and sc for future treatment.As far as contacting the Congressmen this was advice by two VSO org, after they also kept getting conflicting info concerning the exam info,as well as being told I needed to go to c n p exam back on Aug 19/20 which I had already done.Just to add to my first post, the Congressional liason agreed that if I went to C and P back n Aug and know one was actively seeking my files, this was the info needed to help better the system.I think vets should inform those n congress, so that they will be informed of our issues. Thanks ruready..A good friend of mines said the same thing I also had another vet read my exam and they agree drs. We're in my favor it's just wait and see now..

Hello all I have had a very difficult time as many of you have had with my claim...I filed back in May of this year and I have taken all of my c and p exams, all of which I hvae copies and we're favorable. Per an email I received from the VA, they haven't received my exams yet.I called 1800 to see if could fax them in to only be told I shouldn't have a copy of them yet.My exams were done Aug 19/20 2014. I contacted my congressmans office and they were told that the exam had been received and reviewed.I got an email from VA today stating that my claim is under review pending review of exams. I know my claim hasn't been in long but it has been 4 months since my C and P, did I waste time with my representative, are there any other options available to get an answe?? I know typical answer is wait.I just lost as to should I upload my copy of exam Sorry for the typos

Thanks Mike...I forgot to mention they have had a copy since the first week in Oct..Now when u say go to the Ro do theyhave people who will speak with you there about your claim?

Hello all I am a newbie too this sight, and I have enjoyed every bit of info listed. I am currently rated at 80% 30 ibs 30asthma 30lower leg 30eczema and 10tinnitus. I have claims in for sinusitis, rhinitis, sleep apnea, and laryngitis. During my c&p from qtc the doctor stated that he strongly belive that sinusitis/rhinitis were service connected and that these two lead to sleep apnea. I claimed sleep apnea as a new claim not secondary to anything else and I have a sleep study that states I have sleep apnea. Will a rater automatically give me secondary or will I be turned down and have to refile..
