So, patient advocate got back to me today, and said their hands are tied as far as getting another C&P, unless i can get my VSO to jump on the horn(but I've been bypassing this person anyway due to their inability), so I might call the regional purple heart office and try to go that route. I've already called the 1800 bennies and requested a new exam that way(the operator told me they would mail a letter out confirming i did this), as well as sending a IRIS inquiry. I'm also meeting with my regular provider to have them put a note in on what I'm suffering currently vs what was left off on the exam, notating dates that show the incosistencies. At least, if I have go the appeal route(blah) i'll have additional records. by the way, the disseration i mentioned earlier, was the examiner's college dissertation, which has about 250ish grammar errors in it. I've also found 12 grammar errors in my C&P. Maybe that is worth mentioning? i went as far as looking this peson up on beenverified.com, checked their credientials, but didn't come up with anything.

This is probably overboard, but I found this examiner's dissertation and they have several grammar errors, including "patients demonstrated greater shits"...Is this overkill to bring this up?

For anyone still tracking this, I went and filed a complaint through patient advocate. They are going to try to get me another C & P. I'll update as the process continues.

1. What does this mean? "responses to the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 suggested a valid profile overall, with possible efforts to both present in a virtuous/positive manner and to emphasize psychiatric concerns." (Is this saying I'm trying to look better and worse at the same time?) 2. Also, I think I'm in the 30% range, because it states this " Based on this Veteran's noted mental health symptomatology, it is this writer's opinion that he experiences occupational and social impairment with occational decrease in work efficiency and intermittent periods of inability to perform occupational tasks." which is also what x'd off in the beginning. However, right before this line, in the paragraph above, the examiner states " Such individuals often struggle with social isolation, decreased energy, and difficulty forming or maintaining positive interpersonal relationships." (this is under the 50% category, right?) 3. One last thing, I told this examiner several other things, such as panic attacks in grocery stores or crowded areas, and there is no mention of this at all, along with some other stuff, like my nightmares, which are not mentioned at all. My memory is not so good, on everything that happened, but i did write down everything in notebook as soon as i got in my car so could reference it, and it seems a lot of stuff was left out. Any suggestions?
