I have been waiting for my LOD for one year and one month but still has not moved from the main va office in Reno. I have called for status to the va 1-800 number and they tell me it can take up to 162 days and she looks at mine and laughs she says that it is well over the 162 days all I can do is wait because they are backlog and I should keep calling to see what the status is. Well that does not help me very much when I have been waiting over a year does anybody have any ideas where I should go from here?

I have degenerative disc desease that the VA is giving me 10% sense 2013 that's when they sent me their decision letter for the 10%. I sent back a letter of disagreement in December of 2013 asking them to revaluate my systems and it has been over a year and month and phone calls to VA to find out status of my file all I get is they received it on Dec 6, 2013 and they have 162 days to respond to NOD which have been well over that date. My question if any one knows why is it taking so long to get a response and am I wasting my time will I get any more compensation than what I am getting now? Thanks vet for you info.
