You are right.I not going to worry about it i have a good imo and a nexus so i will put it in gods hand.Thanks everyone for your great advice on this site.

I look under blue button and download records and as i said above ,its noted in my records GAF DONE-but not listed ,if does not my clinician have an obligation to listed in my records and if not then do not list in records done.My problem is that if i submitt records for claim and then the VA have records but they use GAF scores that i can not see,on my next visit should i ask my clinician to see my GAF scores.

I appreciate response, but my question is are not my GAF to show up in medical records if he noted in records that GAF done. Again he noted he did one but private not in records, unlike my private records which noted.Legally should not be in records if stated. Thanks

Check my medical records under myhealythvet and under VA notes ,My psychologist who is see regularly had noted in my records GAF done,but no score in my records showed. This i notice over a year same thing in records. I ask him yesterday on my last visit and he said it was recorded but for privacy it does not show in my records.Does this sound right,because when i got my private records it shows GAF that was recorded doing those visits.

IF YOU ARE 100 % WHAT DO YOU GET IF YOU FILE A CLAIM FOR PTSD WHEN YOU GET BENEFITS AS SC AT 100 %.I WOULD THINK THIS IS THE CAUSE FOR CLAIMS being backlogged.I WOULD SUGGEST CLAIMS THAT ARE ALREADY 100% AND HAVE NEW CLAIM SUBMITTD WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL OTHER CLAIMS WAITING FOR DECISIONS OR HEARINGS.

I JUST NOTICE ON EBENNY THAT MY APPEAL WAS MOVED FROM WAITING DOCKET ASSIGNMENT TO ADMINISTRATIVE CASE PROCESSING.I HAD ALREADY HAD MY HEARING WITH THE VLJ ON SEPT.23,2015,WHEN IT WAS SHOWING WAITING ON DOCKET ASSIGNMENT. MY APPEAL, WAS FILE IN JULY 2015,CERTIFIED IN AUGUST AND HEARING IN SEPTEMBER 2015,MY TRANSCRIPTS OF HEARING ALREADY FINISH.

MY DOCKET NUMBER IS 014? A3. what does A3 mean on this docket number. I check bva cases and I try to see what they working on,they go by the date it was certify as they work on ,doing oldest first .What is the docket number used for.

Called DC status number to check on appeal and was told that they are waiting on the VLJ to pick up file and make a decision.I then ask was hearing transcribe and he said yes.I ask was everything finish and all need to be done is for VLJ to look over file and make decision, the DC Appeal office said yes.So anyone with more knowledge than I please explain what that mean.Is it on his or her desk and they just walk over and read the info that was noted by the lawyers that work for them or they physically walk down hallway and get file.My case was heard in September 2015 and already transcribe.

Yesterday and today I tried to get ebenefits login and all the got was something saying,"backend server down and no connection available",also mention something about APACHE.Are they working on ebenefits or is it down for everyone else as of yesterday evening.Thanks!

I look at her decisions and at 20 of them and I only see deny,deny,deny,deny.So im in trouble with her.I have the evidence and an good IMO so its in God,s hand now.I have never seen so many denials,she at 95% and that's not exaggerating.

I was told my appeal at BVA hearing was transcribe and waiting on the Judge to review it.After she review it does she make decision and how long would that be? Who review my records ?Her assistant fix the case or she review all things? Also ,I try to look up her case decisions under the BVA cite but oonly cases were around 1993 nothing recent,How is that?The cases I saw was three judges.

Do you need Imo or Ime, MD BRETT VALETTE can give you an Independent medical opinion if you send your records and he can reveiw them and write an opinion for you .He is in Colorado.His cost is pretty reasonable also.

Lawyer said she felt good about my case and that the judge that I had was nice today when she normally is harder on vets.This all was said to me after the case she had not read my IMO by Brett Valette PHD who I found from Hadit radio.He did a great IMO and explained ,rationale and also include his resume and my lawyer three days later sent IMO to BVA. AS I said before I was denied because my private examiner was psychologist with MA and VA in its denial stated that probative weight goes to the VA doctor and also because my private examiner with Masters showed no rationale,but they accepted in service stressor event that MD Brett Valette reminded them of in this 10 page report not counting his three page resume.

I had exam April 2013 and private exam April 2014,but my IMO recently.I research BVA decisions in 2015 and they average 2 -4 months on ones that are not complicated or people that are seeking say 4 issues. My case is mental health acquired while in military,
