where do i join a forum based on facts? facts as like veterans who became disabled due to service deserve more than active military who get paid more. stores the government and society is having a hard time seeing my point. SO MANY PLACES GIVE UP TO 50% TO ACTIVE DUTY OR FREE LOANS.... THEY HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY WHY ARE THEY GETTING BUT VETS NOT?? a current mil E1 gets $3500 a month free education for spouse and children free plus free medical with tri care.... a vet 100 percent disabled gets 3500 without anything else.... NOTHING......GET HURT YOU GET MONEY BUT NOTHING ELSE.....

some of the big time companies that usa citizens can join from botem up pay for pension and kids college...... whats the deal? besides that,,, has anyone on here seen what an E1 gets for pay theses days????? $1900 plus bha of 1500... thats monthly just as an E1...... wow service pays better than 10 years at home depot... but yes lets all buy current service persons a beer... and give nothing but a tax relief to a vet who served and got hurt. .. wow.......

for who is it a nice piece of change? the federal student loan program that your kid pays back ????????????

my question is strange... if a vet is in a coma and on life support ,,, does the va keep paying monthly disability pay?

i have a few questions about this same thing ... regarding after bva decision... i can attest that,,,if its a final decision without a remand that has nothing to do with grant and if your not retired and your not getting a pention and you do not owe any money to va and that the judge granted a percentage and an effective date.... 6 weeks wait... you can call whitehouse line and wait 6 weeks you should have.

very true bronko... so if anyone is asked to go to C + P on lower radicular i would argue with the doc about why your tingling in your feet, shins, ankles.... then ask doc to report what specific nerves it follows ???? find it and argue it.

we fight them and we stand by each other to fight for ours. but extremely important note...... a great way to win at the bva level is because the judge can over ride the M21 so dont build your claim on it.... kinda build it around it and show holes.... ASKNOD would say same i think and he has won a ton for vets.. also berta im sure would suggest same

starting this post my thoughts where for all of us as they still are....... starting this post i was under the assumption that at least 30 or more would chime in stating that they are in the dark with no answers and no where to go after a judges decision..... im still here and i will still monitor this post but i do need to say theirs light at the end. i do not have retro yet but i do have my AB8 change... im 100 and its perm & total with the com letter... im grateful. but im still concerned about the time frame this is taking for all of us. i will tell all that this new thing on e benefits is exactly 30 calendar days since i reported on the white house hotline expressing my concern . though i do not believe it should matter i will say that, 1 im not retiered 2 i dont owe money 3 i was not involved with a remand this time 4 judge granted diagnostic code 5 judge granted percentage 6 judge granted effective date/// so then the taxpayer software they use needed to push out a win sooner than later because the down seem issues just not there for them to argue.

im currently writing my award time frame and my success story for this Great Veterans Blog Information site. but, in the mean time i want to stress and admit that all the others here stressed to me ,,,, if you get any type of small retro and believe your going further in your VA quest for benefits you deserve. please please,,, do your self a favor and save $2,500 and get an IMO/IME... it is the world of difference... if i can say that 1 of the 5 most important things ive learned here on this site is,,, the importance of realizing that a C and P exam will never get you there no matter your evidence. please take this advice and save up to get your imo/ime and then get your win from the VA.

When a decision has been made, BVA returns the folder to the Appeals Management Center (AMC) or the RO for review of the claims folder and implementation of the decision, if necessary. Important: The AMC or RO should implement BVA’s grant or partial grant of benefits in any favorable decision before initiating development of the remanded appeal. treysnonna, this wording came direcly from the RO procedural manual ... you can google it M21-1, Part I, Chapter 5, Section G

im kinda sure from reading other posts that your award came from a BVA judge. have you tried this argument,? the bva grants me 30 days to ask for a reconsideration and then 190 days for appeal to cvac. well if the judges decision has yet to be implemented correctly than how does the vet substantial a valid and thorough appeal to cvac without knowing how the judges order is to be interpreted????? im thinking of trying that argument and i was just wondering if you or anyone has an opinion.

when i was thinking about this post i was trying to see if i the va was doing something out of ordinary. reason is,, 2017 partial grant rest remand... retrieved my retro and increase 3 weeks after judge stamped decision. now i was seeing i thought that since january of 2018 VETS are getting wins but AMC nor VARO are in any rush to implement. i was told today on the phone from bva obuds that the VARO are pulling DRO to do RAMP and leaving those that are not RAMP upto AMC. mines not RAMP.
