  1. O.K. I have a book of information here sorry. I am already 100% total from the V.A. for mental health issues. I submitted a claim to add a serious mental condition to my existing disability. How long does it take for e benefits to reflect the new change or will the ab8 stay the same considering I am already 100%. I also submitted for P&T due to my issues being static, and also just getting my review done by SSDI and that being extended due to my condition. When I got E-benefits under the disabilities tab it shows my new contention that i filed for and also that I am still rated 100% but the date is still the same date that I got when I was approved the first time in 2014. Also when I check my letters and go to benefit summary it still shows 100% and the box is still checked as not permanent and total. If the RO follows the rules is it true that your letters won't update until after you or right before you receive your Big Brown Envelope. I am really confused and unfortunately due to my OCD i have to check ebenefits every couple of hours.
  2. this is a canned response to request you medical records they did the same thing to me saying it would save them time even though they have record sharing with the VBA I guess it could still take for up to a month to get your records. I went ahead and submitted mine and three days later they were scheduling me for a cnp exam take care God Bless and I am praying for a positive outcome for you
  3. I submmited for secondary increase for just recently being diagnosed by the V.A. for bipolar. along with submitting for bipolar and secondary increase I also submitted form 21-4138 to permananent and total due to static. I am currently OCD/Anxiety panic attacks and Major Depressive DIsorder at the 100Percent total rating . I currently was rated static by SSDI I have been on SSDI for close to three years and they just did a review. Unfortunately when I submitted my fdc claim I did not include the SSDI letter and upload it into my documents because I have not recieved official letter from SSDI. I was told by antoher guy on different forum that its too late to submit cause it will turn my fdc into a regular claim. I havn't had my CandP exam yet so the rater hasn't reviewed my info should I still fax it in or should i bring it to my candp advice please. One other thing I want to add I submitted the FDC online and three days later I got a call for a candp exam with the exact same Psychologist that is wierd...
