Good afternoon. This may be long but its confusing me beyond gods end so hear we go... Compensation (full) - COMPLETED 09/18/2014 (Compensation) bowel condition (New), anorexia (New), nutritional deficiency (New), nausea (New), diarrhea (New), PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) (New), right (dominant) wrist strain (PEB referred as chronic post traumatic right wrist strain) (Increase) I have been stuck in the " Under Review stage for over 5 months now and just received a phone call from the RO about a Power of attorney i applied for. Now after speaking with her, she explained that a POA would be able to call someone just like her and would be able to find out where my packet was. Now thinking about this I said {" why cant you just tell me since its MY packet?" She beat around the bush until she finally aloud me to know. She says its in the Rating/ Decision but my ebenefits hasnt updated. She assures me its close to being complete and that a lot of veterans are stressed ( As i am being a Single father of two children holding a full time job 40+ hours a week) Can someone give me a little advice on why they wouldn't update such things for the veterans interests and rough time frame i am sitting at to being complete. I already turned in numerous pictures, documents ect so everything on my end is well beyond complete. I just stressed trying to figure out the time frames and why things aren't done as i was promised.
