  2. paperwork from VA states we have assigned you a 100 percent evaluation of schizophrenia paranoid type based on intermittent inability to perform daily activities of lving, total occupational and social impairment persistent hallucinatiobs, inabil;ity to perform personal hygiene persistent delusions difficulty adapting to work difficulty adapting to stressful circumstancesdisturbances of motivation and mood impaired judgement chronic sleep impairment anxiety this is the highest schedular law for disorganiuzed schizophrenia
  3. thank you everyone especially berta it seems now all i have to do is file for comp on schizophrenia and a tdiu claim and the writing aand research begins any schizophrenia claims that have won with info that could help me write this/
  4. berta i was discharged in 2009 with oth discharge. i filed for disability benefits with va and received letter stating schizophrenia is service connected but oth discharge wont allow benefits to be paid cause of a bar to benefits. i have upgraded my dischrge to general under honorable conditions in lieu of court martial. with that type of discharge am i entitled to benefits... then i was approved for ssdi in 2010 for paranoid schizophrenia. there is only talk of personality disorder in my military medical records even though i was hospitalized for telling mental health i thought i could read minds by looking into peoples eyes which is what i thought was trueup until i found out about 'SCHIZOPHRENIA' as a illness i was also hospitalized 3 or 4 times since 2010 to 2012 and i have the paperwork to get my doctor to fax over my current treatment records. im currently waiting for a copy of my ssdi award letter. when i get that i will send the release of current treatment records and past for va and will send tdui application anything else you or anybody could recommend i do or say on my forms would be really helpful as i am struggling to write my tdui form
  5. or do ihave to file seperately or what would be the wiser decision
  6. i applied for a disability claim for schizophrenia in 2011 it says i had a bar to benefits due to OTH discharge then i got my discharge upgraded this year to General under honorable conditions but i still have in lieu of trial by court martial is that disqualifying for compenesation benefits
  7. i apllied for benefits for schizophrenia the va said - [the evidence shows that the period of service from sep 23 2008 through dec 23 2009, is a bar to VA benefits. because you were discharged under OTH conditions in lieu of trial by court martial, therefore in accordance with CFR 3 .12 [d] [1] your service is a bar to benefits.] - but i did establish elgibilty to treatment through the va for service connection on schizophrenia. now i have upgraded my discharge to general under honorable conditions. am i now elgible to receive benefits ive tried to ask my vso but they dont return my phone calls and i need to know whats next for me.
