  1. Less than two years after all. As a November 15 I got an increase from 10% to 30% for flat feet and denied for tinnitus and urticaria. My total rating went from 30 to 40%. The attorney filed a form 9 for the urticaria because I am now on immunosuppressive meds with no change and 4 or more episodes a year which should qualify me for 60%. No sure how long that should take so any input would be greatly appreciated.
  2. Just found out that they filed a DRO.
  3. Congrats on the increase. I'm kinda new here so can you tell me who Allison Hickey and Robert McDonald are?
  4. Thanks. I'll have to check. Is there a way to find out without asking the attorney?
  5. I have no idea. I just filed a claim at the VA office then followed up when I enrolled at the VA hospital and got the brown envelope about 2 months later. I had an attorney to file the appeal because I am clueless and finding guidance was difficult.
  6. I see lots of fast decisions on first time claims but most appeals seem to take much longer. I am currently at 30%. 10% each flat feet, tinnitus and urticaria (hives when exposed to sun or wind). Ebenfits show that my appeal was received on 8/1/14 but nothing further since then. An attorney filed my appeal so I was just wondering if I'd have to wait much longer.
