  1. Hi Buck,

I just read on va.gov that one of my BVA appeals was granted. But, I can not see on ebenefits or va.gov what percent I was granted. Do you know where I can find this information online? Thank you.

  2. I have my first C&P exam for an appeal for PTSD/MST on 22 Aug 2017. I was just notified yesterday! When I first applied for compensation I was denied and wasn't even granted a C&P exam. I was being followed by a VA social worker/therapist who diagnosed me with PTSD/MST and depression. She wrote a nexus letter stating that it was 50% more likely than not the PTSD/MST was due to military service. Even with this Nexus letter I was denied and not granted a C&P. The depression was denied as well. My service health record indicated I was seen for stomach problems due to stress at work. I just called the MST stress at work. I was given medication. I was diagnosed with IBS in my health record. I was shocked I wasn't granted a C&P for the PTSD/MST.I have hired Bosley and Bratch for my appeals. So my question is do you all have any advice for me going into this exam. Or, any other information you may feel is helpful. Thank you so much!
  3. Thank you very much! Both of you. I am a VA employee here at the VA so I have a sensitive record. My claim was sent to Seattle and my C&P's must be performed by an outside provider contracted by VA. My VSO said that my PTSD claim was denied because not enough evidence that stressor occurred in service. I will get a copy and post when available. I would have at least expected a C&P considering my VA psychologist wrote a NEXUS letter stating that after reviewing my medical records in her opinion , more likely than not, that my PTSD, depression and psychosomatic symptoms such as chronic GI upset and headaches in response to stress are a direct result of the military sexual trauma that I experienced while serving on active duty. I have a DX of PTSD/MDD in my record as well. Also, I had one C&P exam that was for IBS and I was rated at 0%. All others denied according to my VSO. They have made a decision on the PTDS, IBS, and all other claims except skin condition and hemorrhoids. Skin condition and hemorrhoids. Until after C&P exams. Does anyone know how I change my name on hadit. I need a more anonymous name. Thank again. Also, how to I change my rate? That is incorrect.
  4. Buck, How do I change my screen name on hadit and my rank? I will post my denial when I receive it in the mail. Thanks for your help.

  6. February 26, 2016 at 11:49 am I am looking for a successful attorney who is very familiar and experienced with appeals for PTSD/MST and MDD. I have a diagnosis from my VA psychologist of PTSD/MDD, and a NEXUS letter from her. I have medical records from sick call in the Navy where I complained of stress and stomach pain which provider noted was believed to be due to work issues. I was prescribed Librax and Mylanta for my illness. I was denied in the basis of not enough evidence to prove stressor occurred. NO C&P EXAM WAS EVER ORDERED!!! Thank you all so much for any help and advice. - See more at: http://www.disabilityadvisor.com/veterans-disability-lawyers/#comment-70775
