Really upset ? Treated for skin cancer on base right before retirement. On face and hands. 2007. Continue treatment privately every 4 times or plus a year, have visually open painful wounds, was seen by VA in West Virginia. And was rated 0 with a statement "Now states cancer is on face." Any suggestions?? Served in Africa
