I had a claim for hearing loss denied by the VA, but the VA conceded in Military noise exposure, what do I need to do.

To Vync, and all of the veterans thank you for the response and info on my EED or CUE November 23, 2019. I did file a NOD before the 1 year time frame. I have been absent do to some health issues for the past few months. I wasn't ignoring your post but for the past couple of months I had some complicated health issues.

Is there a specific name for something of this statue. I had a DRO hearing back in 2010 at my local VARO from a NOD for 2005 for several issues. Got a copy of my C-File and found this from the BOVA on my appeals. The Board also notes that although the Veteran voiced his disagreement with each issue addressed in the November 2004 rating decision, the (RO) Regional Office only addressed two service connection claims in a 2005 statement of the case.

I have been out for a while with breathing and brain issues, which left me scared and shaken. I am getting treatment for both but, still nervous and lost without words about the two issues was brought up over 15 years ago. I would appreciate all help to see if I am receiving the correct SMC monthly benefits

Wandere I went to my local VARO and put in for a copy for my C-File and I requested it just like this. I John Doe hereby request a copy of all documents contained in Mr. Doe claims folder, including, but not limited to, all documents in the right flap, left flap, and center flap, and the reverse side of any documents with writing on both sides. To my surprise it took 2 months to get and requesting my C-File like this I found 9,000 more documents that I have never seen.

Begin here: Go to your VARO and get a document stating you did not receive your first month pay for March 01, 2019 so you can give to your bill collectors showing proof your account was hacked. 1. Call DMDC Support Center 1-800-477-8227 to put a flag on you ebenefits account until you remove it yourself. 2. Call ebenefits 1-800-983-0937 to let them know what happened and to verify your account was hacked. 3. Call Myhealthevet 1-877-327-0022 4. Call VHA 1-877-222-8387 To make sure any of your other info hasn't been breached. Trying to help a Veteran out with his wife who passed out while walking the neighborhood. She was put into a medical induce comma to save here life. He explained to me he is 100%, but dosen't get Aid and attendance. We talked for a while and his concern was that of his wife getting help from the VA for his wife AAA to have some one to help out in their home so I told him that I would get in touch with him ASAP. What does he need to do to expedite this process.

First, I would like to say Thank You to all the Veterans who came before me and leading the way. How the Va treat different Eras of veterans gets my blood boiling. Treating WWI, WWII,NAM,GULFWAR1, Veterans different than Iraq and Afghanistan is unacceptable in my book. Second to Point_break, I have gone through the same thing as you are going through and finally got service connected for Burn Pit exposure in Iraq last year after 14 years, I to served in Iraq in 2003. There has to be a diagnoses of respiratory issues, getting treatment, opinion that your breathing and or respiratory issues are linked or connected to the Burn Pits. I had a favorable C&P for the Burn Pit a year ago and the doctor was in tears saying you guys are getting treated just like the Nam Vets because all of the evidence in there in front of the VA and stated verbally to me if any Nam Vet ever had to see him for a C&P they would get what he or she has earned. I got kind of nervous because he started going off, so I asked sir are you a veteran? He replied no, I'am sick and tired of our veterans getting screwed over and then I left not knowing what was the out come of the C&P exam.

What is it called when you had a hearing at your local VARO for several issues to get service connected for, but only two issues was addressed at the hearing and you wanted all issues to be addressed at the hearing but wasn't.

Would this be considered a CUE, because I am confused on what is a CUE.

doc25 Is this what my neurologist did a DBQ for OSA secondary to my PTSD to submit for evidence to the VA.

REDACTED Files: I put a claim in for Asthma before I ETS from the Army got denied June 2004. Oct 2004 put claim for Asthma denied saying no diagnoses in STR for Asthma appealed it and I withdrew the appeal around 2005, 2006 with my VSO telling me to do so in order to get service connected for 2 other claims and I did not knowing he screwed me over. Fast forward got awarded for Asthma with COPD with Dyspnea Burn Pit Exsposure as of 2018. Is the effective date right in the uploads or should I appeal, NOD, or is it a Cue or just leave it alone. Any help will greatly appreciated.

I have a question on effective date. I file a claim in 10/2004 before I ETS bilateral knees, I was denied and appealed it because I was denied. In 2006 VSO Rep told me to withdraw my appeal to get another one awarded and I did. In 2018 the appeal I withdrew was awarded effective date 02/2015 for bilateral knee. Should the effective date be 10/2004 or is it correct 02/2015 since I withdrew my appeal.
