Thanks so much for responding! I am guessing 30% sinusitis and possibly 10% rhinitis (even though I didn't have the blockage at the exam, I have permanent hypertrophy of nasal turbinates, which has been rated at 10% for a few others).

I am currently SC'd for Chronic Sinusitis and Allergic Rhinitis at 0% each. This C&P exam was for an increase. I am not exaggerating when I say that I live with constant congestion or a runny nose. Two days after this exam, my sinus headache triggered a full blown migraine and I was physically ill from the nausea that the pain caused. Do you think, based on the notes, that the decision will be favorable?
