PTSD AND PANIC DISORDER

I'm still on Active Duty and just got diagnosed with PTSD and Panic Disorder. I recently had a retired friend tell me he was also diagnosed with PTSD, he also mentioned the VA used a few things he said during the process against him (childhood events). Considering my situation of still being Active Duty, are there things in your process you wished you had NOT said, or things you wish you HAD disclosed? Thanks!
