I just had my C and p completed and noted pain during range of motion test on left knee. Everything I find states "If pain is present with motion, then the minimum rating must be given." with that said, does that mean 10% or is the minimum rating 0%.....I would think 10% but in this case just not sure......same issue with shoulder....thanks, I hope that makes sense
