    Thank you for your reply... I actually got the same suggestion from a CSM friend of mine today. So I guess I better brush up on my memo writing.

    While at work I was feeling dizzy so a co worker had to take me to the local VA Emergency Department where they pumped me with lots of fluids from 1100 - 2000 hrs. They say I have early peptic ulcer disease most likely caused by eating Ranger Candy (ibuprofen) for many years in the Army for L4-L5 & C4-C4 injuries as a Crewchief on UH-1/OH-58 & UH-60 aircrafts. I was granted compensation for the back and neck injuries; my question is now that I have Peptic Ulcer Disease could I claim it as a new compensation after I retired from the Army after serving OIF III.
