      Sorry for the delay in responding. I was much busier leaving the VA than I anticipated--so many little details. :wacko:

      But that's all done, and I am now busily working on setting up my private practice. I would be glad to be a guest on your radio show. It is a superb service you offer veterans. :biggrin:

  2. Hello, Mr.Wothen my name is Ron Woods and I'm a former Marine and I would like to ask you a question.

    I have been diagnose with Depression and Anxiety by a VA Psychologist and is currently receiving treatment and I put in a claim in for it. My question is would I get service connected even if I did not complain about it in service, my years was 2001-2005?

      It's possible--it all depends on whether or not the examiner finds a nexus between your military service and your current depressive disorder. (nexus is legal lingo for 'causal connection')
