Yes, I work with several vets that have told me the same thing. I know people including myself that have submitted all forms of evidence for disabilities and just keep getting shot down. It's like their mentality is to keep denying us and thinking we will just give up. Very frustrating!

Ok, received my decision letter. Only two of the the five disabilities claimed were addressed, both denied btw. I'm assuming the other three are still being processed? Don't know if this is good or bad.

BTW, I know eBenefits is not the most reliable for updating info in a timely manner. So maybe that's a reason.

Had several claims submitted last month, both new and reopened. The claims "closed" a few days ago and now the Pending Disabilities states "We cannot retrieve information......" Plus my percentage has not changed. Any insight on this? Thank you and God Bless.
