  1. I had applied for disabilities secondary to my Fibromyalgia and instead of any indevidual ratings they just lumped all together. The decsion letter says.Fibromyagia (now claimed to include anxiety, depression, agoraphobia, painful joints and fattigue. I am at the max scheduler rating of 40%. I had a Mental Health C&P exam where the Dr. talks about Chronic Adjustment Disorder and said [X] Occupational and social impairment with reduced reliability and productivity b. For the indicated level of occupational and social impairment, is it possible to differentiate what portion of the occupational and social impairment indicated above is caused by each mental disorder? [X] Yes[ ] No[ ] No other mental disorder has been diagnosed Should/could I get not get rated individually for the anxiety, depression, agoraphobia, painful joints and fattigue? What should i do?
  2. Decision letter says: Chronic Fatigue : The eveidence does not show chronic fatigue syndrome is related to the service connected condition of fibromyalgia, nor is there any evedence of this disability during military service Service connection for chronic fatigue syndrome is denied since this condition neither occured in nor was caused by service We did not find a link between your medical condition and military service. I serverd in the first Gulf War and I have had my Fibromyalgia granted under the presumtive, but for the 2nd time they have denied service connection for the chronic fatiuge, I provided them with a DBQ from my private Neurologist and have been receiveing treatment at the VA for it and Chronic fatigue is even listed in my VA health problem list with a diagnoctic code. I am unsure what to do now, DRO appeals are a year out and the good Lord only knows how far out standard appeals are, I heard it's 3 to 5 years.
