I have a two PTSD stressor claims one is combat related and one is not. I have submitted all the evidence I have and completed a FOIA request for more infomation. I am nearing the estimated end/closing date for my claim and have not been schedules for a C&P exam. Is this a bad sign? Should I expect a negative claim result.
