    I emailed the Secretary this morning concerning my claims and appeal, I have in the system. They responded to my email in 2 to 3 hours and said they will be forwarded my inquiry to VA leadership for review and direct feedback to me ASAP. I will keep you guys up on the feedback.     I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH TRICARE. WE DROP ALL PRIVATE INSURANCE. WE ONLY CARRY TRICARE PRIME.
