During the C and p the dr stated that my Ibs due to the burn pits effect my working and traveling as well. So maybe that's it

But just got it in pay for the first time this check its all confusing and I don't know why they gave it to me when I didn't even apply for it let alone know it even existed

It was feb of this year. They added it when they did the claims I got service connection but 0% rating

ok so an update. they service connected everything but with a 0% rating so im still at 90% they then gave me SMC K and SMC S what I dont understand is the SMC S why would i get that? my ratings break down is as follows lumbar hypertrophy with degenerative disk disease, thoracolumbar muscle strain "with sciatic discomfort" 10% Service Connected Disability Evaluation System (DES) 01/30/2013 traumatic brain injury (TBI) 40% Service Connected 12/16/2014 migraines (claimed as headaches) 30% Service Connected 09/30/2015 tinnitus 10% Service Connected 12/16/2014 allergic rhinitis (also claimed as voice problems, respiratory problems, and cyst sinus cavity) 10% Service Connected 09/30/2015 irritable bowel syndrome (claimed as bowel issues) 30% Service Connected Environmental Hazard in Gulf War 09/30/2015 status post 5th right toe fracture (claimed as closed fracture, right toe) 0% Service Connected 01/20/2016 erectile dysfunction 0% Service Connected 01/20/2016 posttraumatic stress disorder 70% Service Connected PTSD - Combat 07/04/2013

So update they found everything service connected but at a 0% rating so I'm still 90% but yet there's a check going in for a huge amount and I downloaded my award letter and it still says 90% but a different monthly check amount that's more then what I was getting. The only smc is smc k1

And now it's back to prep for notice

All my bank info is up to date and it's set to let me know when money hits just frustring when it was at the prep for notice then moves back. Hopefully soon it will do something

What the heck just as I thought I was getting somewhere on Thursday it said prep for notice and that it would be completed 9/25. I just checked to see if maybe they happen to updat my rating or my letter and saw that it now went back to prep for descion!!! Ugh what the heck is going on does this happen all the time??

I had some drs appts and xrays done last week and now it has moved to Prep for Decision and the strange thing is theres a request number 6 needed from me and all it says is Second Signature and that its no longer needed. But they never asked me to sign anything a second time and right now it says 10/11-11/12 is when its should be closed by

I went ahead and files the papers for those 3 that the va asked me to claim just was strange and wasn't sure if it was a way to tear down another rating to make me lower and didn't want to take the chance but they said that if they asked if I wanted them that they can't deny them they can rate them as 0% but they will have to service connect them at least but from what the dr said I should get a rating for my feet and a smc-k for my personal issue not sure on the hearing but we shall see. Ok so I put in a claim to hopefully up my rating then I got a letter in the mail from the main VA office saying they found 3 other issues in my service records. 1) something to do with my feet. 2) my hearing ( I was Infantry of course theres some gone lol ) 3) a personal issue .....Why would the VA ask if I wanted to put in a claim for these issues? and what does it mean? Has this happen to anyone else? As for the claims I put in I ended up with 30% for IBS due to eneviromental Hazards aka burn pits 10% for aligeres and 30% for headaches which they attached that to my TBI Rating I already had before these claims I got out with PTSD 70% lower back 10% and tbi 40% with ringing in the ears 10%
