I was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in my right shoulder with a range of motion of 40°. They awarded me 30%. According to the schedule of ratings degenerative arthritis is supposed to be rated under diagnostic code 5200. DC 5200 says intermediate between favorable and unfavorable for major is 40%. Have they made a mistake? What should I do?
