  1. I have SC diabetes 20% and have neuropathy in both lower extremities which the C&P rater deemed moderate in both feet and legs. I do not understand how they rated me 10% for my left lower extremitiy and o% for my right side lower extremity and say right side is not service connected, WTH how can one side be service connected and one side not be service connect with both the same symptoms? Thinking about NOD to contest finding on lower right, thoughts?
  2. Seminoles, you are allowed to have a female present during the exam. I had a VA female doctor and anytime there were situations where I might have to get undressed she always ask if I wanted a male present during the exam. Told her at my age didn't make any difference and i din't need one there. :)
  3. Is it service connected to Agent Orange in Vietnam?
  4. I guess I was extremely lucky, I had my C&P evaluation on May 10th for PTSD and neuropathy and on May 13th had a decision and all results posted on eBenifits on May 14th. While my C&P evaluations were done by a contracted Neurologist and the Physiologist they were done at my local CBOC. I might add I got my brown envelope today May 17th with all the result and ratings
