No i never had an exam until this year the original date 2010 was when i left active duty . -
I had an effective date of Aug 18 2010 for hypertension and a rating of 0%. I filed Feb 2 2017 for an increase , Sept 12 2017 i received a rating of 10% and an effective date of April 4 2016 , why did the effective date go to 2016 from 2010?
