My claim was approved 03/14/2019, and I was awarded 100% T&P. However, the decision was a "Partial" decision. The disability for stress was deferred at my request. My claim was filed on 12/03/2018 and has an effective date of 12/01/2018. I have not my BBE as of yet. Should I receive/be awarded back pay?

My claim has moved to Preparation for Notification. Is there any way to know what the decision is prior I receive my BBE?
