I am 100% SC P&T, 100% Lupus with polyarthritis, 60% Stress Urinary Incontinence, 20% lt and ft shoulders tendonitis, 10% impairment of lt and rt thighs, 20% painful scars, 10% TMJ, Hashimoto Thyroiditis, 10% Bunionectomy w/retained hardware, 10% Osteoarthritis lt and rt knee, 10% limitation of extension lt and rt thighs, 10% tinnitus, 30% Anxiety and Panic Disorder, 30% Dysmenorrhea, 30% migraines, 20% lumbar strain, and a lot of 0% service connected conditions that were claimed. I am trying to get the correct documentation to submit another claim for Aid and Attendance, I have been denied twice and I want to know what documents do I need to ensure are included in my claim. I am thinking that I will file CUE since I am outside of the window to file an appeal. Any guidance would be appreciated as I realize that I will need to submit a statement with the newly submitted packet.
