New here, but I thought I'd see if anyone else has had the same issue as me. 2 months ago, I changed banks, called ebenefits and updated the information. Since then, I have not received any service connected pay. Hundreds of calls later to ebenefits, they just say that it's not my fault, the account was suspended and it's being worked on. That's the only information I have been able to get out of them. I have just recently contacted my congressman and am letting his office look into it. Any ideas?
