Greetings Update! Received notification on Ebenefits and Vets.gov that a BVA decision was made on one of my 2009 claims...the letter is in the mail. That claim was denied. Five other claims were sent back to the VA for further development...this is the third time. My docket is 11-12-911. I really don't know what to say...must be patience until the end. Greetings Thanks for this encouraging response. My CUE claim is being audited by DFAS at the present time...so time will tell if I’m due any retro. This is just one of my claims being worked since 2009. I have five other REMANDED Claims (Docket 11 12 911) that have recently been returned to the BVA for final action. Greetings I recently won a Notice of Disagreement (NOD) CUE case for Diabetic Nephropathy/Hypertension claim with retroactive increase evaluation to 30 percent disabling from September 2014 and 60 percent is granted effective September 2015. Since I'm already 100% P&T, will there be any retro payment from 2014 to now? Best Regards Chiefhouse
