I forgot to tell that my award letter came as I am a single, not married. I had to submit a form on eBenefits to have my husband added. -

Thank you for all the information. I didn't received Champva or DEA Chap 35 Educational application, only the award letter saying 100% and P&T. I received the mail about the Life Insurance Policy few days later my award letter. Berta - what a story :( Thank you for sharing. -
I got 100% total and permanent rating due to PTSD. I just don't know what to do now? I added my spouse to the system and the VA just transferred the amount for the corrected monthly compensation. Will be he eligible for CHAMPVA? I tried to understand on their website but not sure how it will be. He has no health insurance. Tried to check benefits everywhere, used eBenefits to explore, I just don't know what to do with this new situation. I have been looking for a job long time and now I don't have to. But I will need to do something. I also checked this website what can I do but it's still unclear. Any suggestion folks?
