GASTONE: Initial Claim - No previous SC - STR/Diagnosis started in Afghanistan during deployment. No VMC - Military Medical Facilities and Private Records Never wore PADS I listed the rating requirement and I guess my question is according to the C&P Examiner writing " Frequent Minor Loss Bowel Control with leakage" does that move it up to the 60% for Frequent. The 30% says Occasional. Not sure on this one. Please share your thoughts. 7332 Rectum and anus, impairment of sphincter control: Complete loss of sphincter control 100 Extensive leakage and fairly frequent involuntary bowel movements 60 Occasional involuntary bowel movements, necessitating wearing of pad 30 Constant slight, or occasional moderate leakage. 10 Healed or slight, without leakage 0

Greetings and thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I filed an initial claim in May 2018. I was able to obtain a copy of my DBQ today from my June 23rd C&P and the examiners language seems to fall between the 10-30% definition. Any input welcomed. DBQ Rectum Diagnosis: 1. Hemorrhoids - Expecting 0% 2. Impairment Rectal Sphincter Control (Unk%) The other box checked: Says “Frequent minor loss bowel control w leakage”. Functional Impact: yes I guess I’m confused after reading CFR, 30% definaition says Wear Pads. I haven’t but 30x change underwear per month noted. Any simlar experiences with claims?? Ideas regarding my potential rating? Thank you
