After many years of waiting for my appeal to go through it did. I received the max for migraines of 50%. I have back, knees, PTSD and Migraines for 80%. My migraines are so bad that I was unable to keep my job. I couldn't work more than a handful of hours a week. The company I was working for went out of business and the owner wrote numerous letters explaining that my migrains were so bad that I couldn't work. I also kept a log with details of days missed and how bad the migrains were. Once awarded for migrains I filed for Unemployability, I enrolled in the new RAMP program. That was in Jan. 21, 2018.
I'm confused, the migraine rules and regs say "loss of employment or income...." (something like that). At the same time to me it seems like a cut and dry case. Has anyone else had unemployability with migrains? Any luck with the new RAMP program? I'm just looking for something. The VA isn't telling me anything and I'm literally running out of money and time here.
