What kind of cognitive questions are they asking? With PTSD it can make hard to concentrate and requires reading questions due to forgetting?

Hello all, I have a question. I am currently 90% combination of 70% for PTSD and 30 for back. I am 100% IU. I had a comp and pension exam for PTSD today and the doctor suggested going to permanent and total since this has been a ongoing case. He said I will will need to go through further testing which includes a nueropsychiatrist, and sitting at a computer for 4 hours. I am nervous to what this entails. Had anyone been through testing for PTSD permanent and total testing that could fill me in.
