And as long as my body, mind and sould hold out and with God's grace I am finally set. 15 years of waiting ? I was at 60% but went to 100% retro back for 15 years. Already have a dental appt scheduled with VA as well-what a relief ! I know as well or better than anyone it is hell-but hang in there

Well its finally over ! Claim filed March 3rd, 2004 BVA Grant Oct 9, 2018 Claim/Grant closed Dec 31, 2018 Retro pay recieved Jan 4th, 2019 What a long haul-dont want to do it again but 15years--100% Thanks God !

ace-I cant explain how this feels I spent 15 years on AD and then 15 for this (I was getting 60%). I would say hang in there in---its not easy---, the easy thing is to see why people quit, die, get worse etc. I wish the best for you and everyone, I hope you get yours soon and I get paid soon. Just printed out my letters I am 100% permanent --dating back to march 2004. 15 Years of 100% retro owed-60% which I was getting. Got my letter for BX and Commissary Card and monthly amount of pay. Not paid yet but the wheels are finally clicking. Thanks alot to all on hadit.com for answering questions. Since I was granted this I have been on pens and needles.

Vetquest I see this under benefits, not once but twice-I am guessing because there were 2 dates of SMC. And I see the jump to 80%. This says something about 100% but not TDIU Entitled to special monthly compensation under 38 U.S.C. 1114, subsection (s) and 38 CFR 3.350(i) on account of adjustment disorder with depressed mood and anxiety disorder not otherwise specified (previously coded 9400: anxiety disorder, and 9435-9434 for pension: mood disorder secondary to medical condition, formerly adjustment disorder with depressed mood rated 100 percent and additional service-connected of degenerative joint disease, residuals of a right ankle fracture (also claimed as broken ankles and as ankle pain and swelling), fractured left ankle (claimed as broken ankles and as ankle pain and swelling), independently ratable at 60 percent or more from 08/04/2008 to 09/30/2008.

Just checked my ebenefits I was increased from 60% to 80%. Shows Comp/Pension closed , however I cant find anything about TDIU. It was granted back to March 2004. Will this update later. Should I expect something soon ? Its all showing complete-unless I am looking in the wrong place. Thanks to all and Happy New Year.

So I am hoping that means I am getting closer. 100% TDiu back to March 2003. some SMC ? and service connection went. 16 years-I am hoping I will see my pay soon and disability rating jump. Basically what the heck is getting Ro's authorizationn on a grant and now moved to finance ? (they will probably have to order abacus from china)

Buck actuall it states my TDIU is granted back to 2004. But does this mean because it is all service connected I will be rated 100% ? I still dont follow the SMC thing-cause the dates are for 2 month increments. 15 years brother, I spent 14 years in service and 15 years almost for this. Does it sound like it should be a done deal ? I know noone on here is a lawyer-but you guys sure know the ropes. thanks + whatever they owe they will subtract the $1000 a month I been getting for 60%?

okay..Buck52 and Vetquest. Going into this BVA decision I was rated 10% r ankle 10% left ankle and 50% Adjustment disorder. And was being paid at a rate of 60% back to 2008. I have attached a copy of my grant. It gives me 70% Adjustment disorder. Then "Entitlement to a total Disability rating based in IU due to to service conneted disability (TDIU) is granted. (this of course is on the cover page) I will hand type the last few paragraphs of the order. (as best I can As such TDIU is granted from March 3, 2004. (then it moves onto SMC) "As shown above the Board has awarded TDIU based on Adjustment Disorder with depressed mood and anxiety disorder NOS alone. Thus, Service connected Adujustment Disorder with depressed mood and anxiety disorder NOS is rated as total fot the eentire period. The Veteran also has an additional Disability rated at 100% from April 4 , 2008 to June 1, 2008, and August 4, 2008 to temporary total rating from from April 4, 2008 to June 1,2008 and his left ankle disability was in reciept of a temporary total rating from August 4 2008 to October 1 2008. As the Veteran has a single service connected disability rated asa total and has additi0onal service connected disabilities independently ratable at 60%, seperate and distinct from the service connected disability and involving different anatomical segments of bodily systems, the criteria for SMC at at the housebound rate are met for the above dates. )then its is signed by the judge) Now at Ro awaiting payment ? I cant remember my last C&P, my lawyer said they you have granted me t-p along time ago--I know there is a hell of alot of difference in years--I guess just be thankful. I am going from 50% Adjustment disorder to 70% the 50% was granted in 2012 back to 03--so that goes to 70% for the past 7 yrs 100% TDiu back to 03--wonder how that is gonna play out ? I guess it never ends ?
