My claim status has been in evidence gathering and review for several weeks.Had my c&p exam about a week ago and now my evidence gathering and review has or is showing updated. What does that mean?

I didn't include a nexus.:(. Also did not have a medical statement as to cpap is necessary. VA just issued one. Guess it will get denied .I read a article that if all issues I'm claiming that causes sleep apnea are in my records that a nexus may not be needed.

I recently diagnosed with sleep apnea at moderate symptoms and use of a cpap.Study was done by va and cpap issued by va. Claiming sleep apnea as secondary to 70% depression,back and neck issues associated with pain. How good of a chance in winning this claim.

Sometimes back I was reading about a new program for dental for all veterans .Either free or reduced price. Said there would be a website to go for this. Anyone have any info.

Appeal granted on a single issue. I don't have any pending claims. Nothing remanded. According to vets.gov it has been sent for rating if any and retro pay determination date.

I recently got my appeal approved 10/22/19. Supposedly waiting on a rating and retro pay, but I got a letter on 11/30/19 saying I am being set up for a appointment to determine my severity. Did not say it was for the appeal it's only says for my claim. Do I have to get a c&p exam after being approved on my appeal?

I was out for 40 years before I ever filed a claim for back and neck. Of course I had military records to back my self up. Was approved on both.

Granted,now have to wait and see if any compensation or just SC.

My appeal has gone to the board for decision,however under issues for appeal it has shown for quite sometime closed granted.

Had appeal hearing in March of 2019. It has now moved back to the judge for finale decision. Under issues of appeal it is showing granted.Does this mean it has been approved in my favor?

I been on appeal since March of 2015.Got my hearing before judge on March 2019.

Went for my hearing in March of 2019. It's been 4 months have not received any info.How long does it take to get a decision from the board. Only thing I can find through Vets.gov says waiting to be sent to a judge. I've already been before the judge.Any input welcomed.

On my depression c&p exam on depression it did mention not 100% cause I was not at the greatest level.I was one step away from being hallucinating etc.Think I was one stage under that.Iwould like to attempt at getting UI,but do I appeal my last rating it just apply for it.

I really never expected to go from 40% to 80% when I applied for the increase,so I never thought about IU. I did tell the examiner I worked part time,about 20hrs per week.Does saying this eliminate me from IU. I'm under the impression as long as earnings are not over certain amounts this should not prevent being eligible for IU.

Recently I applied for increased compensation of my existing conditions,which were 10% hearing and 30% depression. I filed for a increase on my depression which went up to 70% from 30%. Second I filed for sciatica of right leg secondary to back. Anyway I went from 30% to 80% rating. I was not granted IU but was not filing for that,just a increase. Do I appeal being they did not consider me eligible,or do I just file a new claim for it.

I recently got a 80% rating. I was not rated as UI,but was not applying for it,now that I am 80%,how do I go about getting it.Do I file an appeal against the current claims I was just awarded,or just straight out apply go it.

Recently I filed some claims.Filed for increase on my depression.Awarded 70% up from 30%.There are about 6 classification for depression.Mine was next to the top one. Second filed for sciatica on right leg secondary to back.Awarded 20%in this. On my depression,that is secondary to back problems. My question is I was not filing for IU,just an increase. I have a total rating of 120%,payable at 80% disability. Was not given IU,so do I appeal their decision or do I just file for IU

VSO verification positive results on increase. Ebenefits don't share everything that VSO can see.

Haven't received actual approval letter as of yet. So don't know at this time. Only going by what was on ebenefits.
