It has been a year since the VA, sent me an Appeal Decision with a remand, instead of an up-front, and simple decision, and every time I call the 1-809-827-1000 number and request for an inquiry, regarding this situation, I keep getting the same run-around response. I have just about, lost all my patients, whenever, dealing with the VA and it's incompetence.
