[Ebenefits and Vets.gov sites Question]

Hi All,

My question today is...Has anyone had Ebennies and Vets.gov while in "with veteran law judge" shown issues remanded and granted and then when you got the BBE those issues that were remanded were actually GRANTED

More specifically has anyone experienced Ebennies and Vets.gov to say one thing and the BBE be completely different?

I'm new to the site but have been an advid reader of posts for months, my question to your post is would I be eligible for SMK is my erectile dysfunction was due to the medication I am taking for Bipolar II disorder?  I am SC rated 70% for it.  If so, how would I go about filing for special compensation?
