  1. Thanks, Vetquest. I will do the sdjustments and submit the increase request. Victor
  2. Where can I get a copy of my C& P exam? Where can I get a copy of my C&P exam?
  3. Attention all, I need assistance in writing my appeal for increase. Below is my written statement. Please feel free at add or take away. I am requesting an increase to my disability, due to a severity increase in my urinary frequency. This caused an increase of voiding dysfunction. I started experiencing an increase in having to go the bathroom at night and during the day. Now I am getting up at night and going to the bathroom at least 5 times each night. This has cause me to not have a good night sleep in a long time. During the daytime, I make sure I know exactly where a bathroom is located due to the amount of time I am using a bathroom. I started going to the VA Medical hospital in DC to see what assistance I can get for my issue. The doctor came up with a plan to give me 2 pills to help decrease the amount of times I use the bathroom. It helps some nights and most nights id does not work. The new meds hs caused ED more frequently. This has cause a loss of use. My sex life is almost gone. I'm assuming it's one of the side affects. The meds I am taking are Mirabegron and Tamsulosin. Please pull my treatment records form the Washington DC VA medical center.
  4. I rec'd an approval for an additional 20%. See my earlier post. So my condition has gotten worst. This has caused an increase of voiding dysfunction. I am using the bathroom at least 5 times at night and every hour. I have been going to an urologist at the DC VA med center. He has prescribed two meds, Mirabegron and Tamsulosin to curb the amount of times I go to the bathroom. Sometimes it works and most times it does not! I need to put in for an increase. It also has caused ED to become frequently. It must be from the side effects of the meds. Is this under voiding dysfunction? I need assistance in writing up the appeal. Thanks, Victor
  5. I have not appealed yet. Trying to get an understanding on how to proceed with the correct wording on the appeal.

  8. Hi Everyone, I have a fellow VET that needs assistance with an issue she is having with her insurance agent and contractor. She had water / mold damaged and they removed both bathrooms and kitchen. They said she does not have enough money to finish. She has a insurance policy and she does not feel they are honoring it correctly. Is there a Vet advocacy program that she can contact for assistance with her home that she bought with a GI loan? Thanks, Victor
  9. Doc25, I appreciate your response. I will look into it with my VSO. I too felt they low balled me. I have not given up the fight!
  10. Hi Everyone. Rec'd approval for prostate cancer due to service connection with Herbicide exposure. They gave me 20% after my C&P exam. I told them I have go get up at night to use the bathroom 3-4 times and have to use bathroom during daytime every 2-3 hours. They stated I would have gotten a bigger increase if I used the bathroom 5 times at night and every hour during the daytime. It already causes a inconvenience getting up 3-4 times at night and looking for a bathroom while out in public. Can I appeal the decision they made? If so, what do I need to write up for the appeal? Thanks for your support.
