Back in 1999 I had my appendix burst. I was operated on. There were complications 1) they had to remove a part of my Colon due to infection. 2) post surgery the wound did not heal so another surgery to add mesh. 3) I have had numbness in the scar ever since. all I have is Residuals of appendectomy with Scar 0%. How should a proceed to increase the compensation?
