  1. Hello to all my fellow VETS, need help. Had my C and P exam for unemployability I am already rated at 70 percent disabled with PTSD symptoms have gradually gotten worst been going to VA doctors now for over 4 years and being seeing my therapist for 4 years as well, fired rehired fired again, well in my C and P exam I was truthful to the point had a letter from my therapist which backed up all my conditions, the c and p doctor didn’t even read it she just notated it , then I finally read the result she checks all the boxes , stating I am qualified for unemployability however I’m her opinion she thinks I am over reporting my symptoms and that and here opinion it would be meted specualation if I was unemployable. WTHell why the hell would she write that , I have been seeing doctors for going on 5 years , documented panic attacks, anxiety , on all kinda of medications, have doctors notes she just totally disregarded ... just wondering what u guys think Thansk
  2. Well my ??? Why would the VA take a mere speculation opinion as a denial?? My opinion either the should get the veteran another comp and pen or approve it based of uncertainty... it’s not the veterans fault that the comp and pen doctor can’t come up with a decision?? Am I wrong ??Thanks
  3. Hello Fellow Veteran 20 year retired disabled Navy veteran, quick ?? I am going for unemployability through the VA just had my comp and Pen, I do check off all the DBQ according to the therapist , but at the end of it she said in her opinion it would be mere speculation on rather I should get unemployability or not.
