Well I received the BBE today. They broke down a few of my appeal items. Knee went from 20% to 20,20,10 for the instability and extension rated separately. As well as my shoulder increased as 20,10. So I hit an actual 100% and they added the IU apparently on-top of me already being 100% and now total and permanent. So I see now what you guys mean about waiting for the letter, what didn’t make sense now makes a lot more.

IU was never on the claim. It was added as a remand when the bva kicked it back. The VA doctors and the personal Ortho both stated I should not be working. But I am currently only 20% and don’t really have a choice.

I have still been working. I miss a lot of time and I am working against the doctors recommendations however I have continued to work part time since my third surgery in 2015. I never even applied for TDIU is what caught me off guard. The BVA added it on per my attorney. And I know what you are saying about waiting things out. Nothing has been updated and rating has not increased yet.

So I got the call from my attorney the other day that a decision has been made on my appeal. Upon a quick pop into VA.gov it shows TDIU under closed and granted. I never applied for TDIU. My attorney said it was remanded with my claim from the BVA?

I am on just about the same timeline, Have you heard anything or seen anything yet? Mine is almost at the year wall with no signs or answers of anything to come.
