So it appears it was the DRO doing a review, the claim was closed and my percentage changed to 100 on ebenefits, but the line on the benefit summary for permanent and total still states no. Will have to wait for the letter in the mail to see exactly what is going on I suppose.

I recently had a C&P that closed which awarded 50% for PTSD and non service connected for left shoulder which put me at 90% overall. I also received an email from my attorney stating that the DRO was going to grant the two items I appealed which was service connection for sleep apnea and increased % on migraines. I now have a claim listed as “comp and pen” in my status menu that lists every disability I am currently connected for as well as my Voc Rehab and my dependents, but I did not file anything else recently and certainly didn’t reopen everything. Anyone experienced this before or have any idea of why it was put in that way? Thanks in advance.
