  1. Hey everyone, So i got couple question, I submit for an increase on my knee fracture and ankle condition again after years, i submit it on feb 19,2022, it still in "Prepare for a Decesion" status. So what happend is they just schedule me last month to a clinic and the doctor there just ask me to lay down and try to do a squad and other thing related to knee and ankle(walk, squad, move my ankle up and side, etc). My question is how likely is for me to get approve for an increase if there no xray exam or mri, just a talk and show me your conditon and few test? Should it take this long for the case? Also i submit a new request for stress disorder due to me being stress about my disability i coudn't work properly and always be resigning, coudn't keep a stable job, would this also be deined due to not service connected? i have a lower back condition that due to my femur and knee being permanent fracture. Also i being try to claim for a fractuce on my hip but i dont know what the right term to call when file for new condition(i have this awhile back in the basic training but never file it)
  2. update 2/8/2021 Went to an ankle specislist i guess last week, now i guess i got to wait. I hope the 60% they gave me and then deffered hopefully it stay at 60% or more.
  3. Update 12/10/2020- Got a called from VES evaluation service for another appointment, she say in a week or 2 i should recieved a letter letting me know when and where it take place. I guess ebenefit error cause they didn't update at all, this is the first time for me that i seen it postpone this long, usually for me i claim couple time and usually it a 3 month process from start to end. I remember some claim i did i just get measure on my knee and that was it but some require measure and xray, i guess they want an xray in my ankle this time since it been awhile since i have an xray on that area.
  4. Thanks for pointed it out i finally see the case mumber, i just delete it, if you could delete the quote image from your post that be great.
  5. I'm just confuse as you pacmanx1, If my condition is worst why upgrade to 60% then lower to 50% I guess maybe they deffere my ankle that why they reduce 60 to 50% 2. I call peggy and they say they can't tell me my content unless decision letter come, i told them it did but the claim still pending on ebenefit, I check va.gov and ebenefit still 50% and at "Gather of evidence" stage. Maybe the claim system is not update due to lack of staff. I check the decision letter it dated november 25,2020. I'm really have no option but to wait,i seen the 2 hip and thigh limited increase to 10 then it decrease, the weird thing is so i got oay an extra 430 something the orher day from the va. So i thought maybe is a 60% upgrade, usually is 1400 something for 60%. But i guess i wait alittle longer to see if ebenefit update.
  6. Thanks, i delete that 1st image if that what you mean. I'm just alittle confuse that if i'm doing worst why would they change from 50 to 60 then back to 50 and plus the claim is not even close. So as you see where it say the right hip and thight limite extention increase to 10 but on the bottom it say decrease to 0% so they decide to upgrade me then decrease me?
  7. Let me check again, they sent me an email last time about covid stuff for ves maybe they want an xray or something. My current case claim still pending ot not even close yet so i dont know if this is an error letter or what. I really confuse about this so they trying to get me to another exam? or they think all my disability worth only 50%?
  8. So i got letter from va intake center but i don't understand the result. look like they finish my claim but on ebenfits it doesnt say it close yet still on gather of evidence stage. 50% current disability. can anyone tell me if i get an increase or a decrease if so how much percent. it look like they increase me to 60% the decrease to 50% again?
  9. Update: Went back to gather of evidence for a almost a week now. I check the letter it say i suppose to get $1132 instead of $1117, Anyone know why? And today i just got a extra $443.76 deposit what is the reason behind it? don't get ne wrong we all love getting pay extra, but any veteran here have an idea?
  10. Thanks, It just now change to Review Of Evidence. Yes i got direct deposit. thanks most likely i wont see my claim close at least until december 1st.
  11. So before thanksgiving it went back from to Prepare for Decision from Prepare for approval, as of 11/27 it just update to Prepare to Notification. Cross my finger it be approve soon
  12. Thanks for the encouragement, I would assume the that i heard from i forgot where that is after case close if i get approve i should get my ebenefits update within 24 hours rather then waiting for the letter to sent home. I would hope i get approve at lease one but both bilateral on my knee and thigh would be better. The lady there couldn't test my hip and thigh cause i told i i could not do swat. But right now i just hope for a good rate. P.S My claim status just move to Pending Decision Approval, Most likely it will be finish by the end of this month. Update on 11/26 Going back to Prepare for Decision
  13. Sorry if i'm not suppose to reply back here since the post too long ago, I submit another claim increase since sept 14,2020, my c%p exam is better this time cause the lady there use the gianometer to measure my knee and also since i claim for hip and thigh she ask if i can do swat and i say no so there were no test on hip and thight. (I claim for an increase on thigh and hip and also knee. When she test my knee, she ask me to stand straight and try to cross my knee and i coudn't cross it pass the other leg. She also test me sitting and bent my knee up and back, only 45 degree angle on both bent. So billateral knee increase claim and billateral hip and thigh claim. currently 50%, 10% on each knee and 10% on each hip and thight, so hopefully this time i get approve. I'm crossing my finger hopefully it get approve this time and curious on how the money paid out look like. My claim move to Prepare for Decision today.
  14. @GBArmy I check Va.gove for the claim status and it just said "Your claim decision is ready"
  15. @GBArmy Thanks for the reply, they did the measurement last time i was there which was 2019, this time they just ask me about my disability problem and if it flare up or how the pain, etc and if i was working or not. No measurement or xray/mri of any kind.
  16. Hello everyone, Happy labors day to all, so my question was i my current disability is rated at 50% since last years, since then i haven't seen any improvement myself, I haven't work much or able to keep a stable job, my last job was at home depot for prob 2 months as a greeters around the end of 2019, I just submit all my disability for an increase on may 2020 and my case just close on September 3rd 2020, when to only 1 C&P exam where the doctor just ask me about my injury and how it feel about it, if i pull any muscle or tears any thing, i told the doctor it just hurt when walk or stand, some flare up sometime on my knee. so i limited myself to mostly sit or lay on bed, can't keep a job for long. She told me so you disable then and just told me the exam is finish. No extra check up/exam, No xray or mri. I know my case is complete and the letter should be here soon, but my question is how likely for me to get an increase? if so how much could i percent should i expected? I heard from someone that if i get approve most likely my ebenefits rating should have changes before my letter arrived, if it doesn't chance til my letter arrive that mean most likely is a denied letter. left hip and thigh strain with limited flexion 0% Service Connected 01/30/2019 right hip and thigh strain with impairment 0% Service Connected 01/30/2019 left hip and thigh strain with impairment 0% Service Connected 01/30/2019 right knee strain with stress fracture residuals of pain and limited ROM 10% Service Connected 05/23/2019 left hip and thigh strain with limited extension 10% Service Connected 01/30/2019 back condition Not Service Connected right ankle status post stress fracture 10% Service Connected 10/29/2018 left ankle status post stress fracture 10% Service Connected 10/29/2018 right hip and thigh strain with limited extension 10% Service Connected 01/30/2019 right hip and thigh strain with limited flexion 0% Service Connected 01/30/2019 left knee strain with stress fracture residuals of pain and limited ROM 10% Service Connected 05/23/2019
  17. If i get denied(which from what i heard is more then likely) would they increase me at least for limited flexion i got worsen over time or i have to do a new claim just for that?
  18. Update: 7/17/19: Well they just change my estimate completion today, from 08/07/2019-11/09/2019 to october. Estimated Completion: 08/07/2019 - 10/09/2019
  19. Updated on 7/15/2019: Well been checking my case since my c&p exam, still on "Gathering Evidence", Is it suppose to be a longer process for individual unemployment case then a regular increase case? on Ebenefits it say estimate to be on August, But on Va.gov it say November, any idea?
  20. Currently they did an example on my knee and ankle and it was worst then a few years back, i think i can barely bent my knee when they do the ruler test( i don't know what it call), last time i was able to bend it a little maybe like 40 degree or something now it less then 10. And i heard someone say they get denied in 2 weeks after c&p exam? i guess i wait til i see the status change to prepare to notification then i check the ebenfits for rating update, last time it update before i even get a letter after my status say prepare for notification.
  21. Thanks for replying, I notice the requirement when i did the individual unemployment and they did say at least 60% or more, so that why i did add a back condition that i didn't get a chance of adding in the past.
  22. Hey Guys, Sorry if i posted in the wrong section, i'm have file individual unemployment since may 23th of this year, already have my c&p exam, turn in my recent employment form by the deadline(6/28), now it still on the " Gathering of Evidence", I heard many story of veterans getting denied first time and i even heard after 2 weeks of claim they get denied also. It give me anxiety even thinking about it, i don't have ptsd or any surgeries to my disability. I have 50% disability due to service connected. I have flexion of bilateral knee, bilateral ankle, back condition and hip. For my c&p exam my flexion of my knee and ankle is worst then before. Currently it hard for me to even get off my bed to go do my regular routine, haven't fall yet but i do have soreness on my knee when i stand, walk, or even sit. The only evidence i have is the employment information and the c&p exam. Would i likely to get approve by this? How long would the case usually take from start to finish?( I start at may 23th 2019, and the ebenefits estimate somewhere from august to november of this years.)
  23. They didn't tell me anything about working except turning in my request employer information form, just a regular exam they measure my flexion of my knee and ankle /xray and it was worse then before.
  24. Hey guys, Sorry if i posted in the wrong place, I was wondering, currently i'm 50% disable service connected and work has been hard for me so i have to resign from my job not too long ago, and i file for individual claim on end of may, my question is how likely it is to get approval if all i have is a va form employer information request and my leg is been worst since last time i went to do a c&p exam.
