  1. Decision made, approved. Retro payment for a couple years. Says it’ll take a month-2 for regional office to approve and retro.
  2. Received an email & test that BVA appeal has a decision and its best sent via mail. Ebenefits shows nothing. Besides waiting the next 5 days, how can I view the decision? Thanks.
  3. Oh I know. When I went a year past their “average timeline” I was amazed. Then at 2 years I kinda just stopped checking and lost all hope. When I search docket search and type in numbers, I noticed there were several hundred claims with docket numbers way past mine already complete, leaving me more confused. I ended up getting 100% a few months ago, so if anything it’ll be a nice retro check. I hope the best for you.
  4. that seems to be legacy. I am not legacy and have already 3 years in the direct review. Judge is currently reviewing it, so i was curios on the average timeline of that.
  5. I’ve heard 30 days a few times so I’ll hope for that but expect another 3 years. Thanks thank you. Will loook into it.
  6. BVA direct review w/o judge submitted 01-11-2022. "average wait time of 1 year" was just pulled 2 days ago, 3 plus years later. I was curios on your, or someone you may know, experience with the timeline from a judge reviewing to decision, no matter the outcome. Thanks.
  7. Even though it was submitted with initial claim? It’s already on file.
  8. I have been seeing a doctor for the past 2 years. I submitted a fully developed claim with a dbq & nexus from my doctor who is a specialist of the body system. All things needed are submitted and from my personal doctor who treats me for said conditions. is it normal for the VA to still schedule you a c&p exam? Thats exactly what they did and I'd imagine the only purpose is to deny your claim.
  9. Submitted a BVA direct review 1-11-22. They advertise "average wait time" of one year. In about 2 weeks, I'll be at two years. It has said waiting for a judge to review this whole time. Recently I was told by a VSO that they are just starting 09-2019 appeals. Any one have any insight or personal experience? Thanks.
  10. I was getting smc. They took it away because of the other va dbq completed. Even though there was already sufficient evidence, they still did a c&p.
  11. I filed a BVA advancement on the docket today. Provided evidence why I should qualify and explained my appeal. In 2021, with my civilian doctors (otolaryngologist) paperwork i submitted, I was granted an increase (already service connected) to 100%. Months later, the va still scheduled a c&p exam for me, even with sufficient evidence and of higher probative value. That c&p exam like a PA (physician assistant) and a general MD to not mark the same boxes as my doctor which resulted in my decrease. After faxing an advancement on docket today, after logging in Ebenefits I noticed they had filed a CUE same day and was already assigned to a reviewer. It wasn’t what I asked for but I’m kinda glad they did it. Any similar stories?
